Earthquake Spell
Stats will come in the next day or so. Here's just a basic idea:
The earthquake spell, upon being dropped, has a different effect depending in level,
Level 1: A earthquake occurs, mortars are in accurate, and a small stone is created.
Level 2: The Ley Lines underneath your village is shaken a bit, and elixir production is slowed by 5%, mortars become innacruate. Slightly bigger stones created.
Level 3: If the base is closer to the sea, watch out for the tsunami! Clan castle troops are swept away (unless they have more than 10 housing space, air troops get wet and are lowered a bit until mortars can actually attack them. uh-oh! Ley line production is lowered by 10%. Medium sized stones created
Level 4: Volcano! Massive boulders are created, and fire is spewing everywhere, dealing lots of damage! Ley line production is reduced by 20%!
Note: production is only reduced for 1 hour, so it doesn't have TOO much effect.

This is a bad idea. Basically people would pay elixir to stop others from producing as much? It doesnt' affect the battle.
