Add a reason why reported and have it accepted with proof.

I was just banned on global for twenty four hours for giving peoples bases a low rateing when thay asked what there base was on a scale of one to ten. I was honest and i got reported and banned for bûtthurt 10 year olds. Supercell should add it to if they do report someone then they must have a reason to. They must state a message why and moderaters should accept the report or deny it. Hope you consider this cause these kids are getting out of hand.

While I would like the idea, I don't think that supercell will have time to read ALL the reports
There are much more globals then you think, and thousands of messages get reported everyday
So, unless they hire more mods for SC, i don't see this happening, but okay concept though

Anyone ever heard of The Tribunal from League of Legends?

I believe the system (albeit a slightly moderated version) could very well work for CoC as well. For those of you who don't know the system, I will explain it in a somewhat summarized version.

1. Player A says something in global to offend Player B
2. Player B "reports" Player A (reporting will work the same as banning does now)
3. Player A will be added to the Tribunal list
4. Any CoC player willing to take the time can go to a certain web page with all the Tribunal cases
5. CoC players can review the cases there and vote whether the player should be banned or not
6. At the end of the day, the votes will be counted and player A will be punished or get a pardon according to the outcome of these votes

Players taking the time to vote will be able to get small rewards. However, the reward will only be given if they voted the same thing as the major vote. The reward would NOT be gems, but a small amount of elixer or mayby even gold. Every player would also only be able to handle 10 cases a day. The reward should be somewhere around 5k of both gold and elixer per case. So the max reward would be 50k of both gold and elixer.
