Dark elixer farming for th7 ??

Well this is my second account im doing this on, and my goal is to max everything! At each respected townhall level without the use of gems :/

1700-1800 seems good. From there, find bases where the de is somewhat easy to get. I would recommend a giant heavy army. Good luck.

That will be a pain, getting the builders. I would recommend getting to masters at TH8, or TH7 if you want to have fun haha. Good luck with the builders.

So you reached and early advanced on your other account. If you haven't figured out how to farm some DE in a respectable manner you likely never will. Have a little pride in your second attempt at the game.
Look, taking DE isn't hard and you don't have to zap people. Get some skills, even if it's your second account you are reading this blog so you have to learned something right?
When you see those high numbers of DE an enemy has while you search for an attack, trust me, he didn't get it by zapping another player.
If you want to learn to be an accomplished player, learn to farm DE, there are instructions here on this forum, and quit being the underdog. Take charge and be a gamer who is in charge. Lightning strikes are for loser hopeless gamers.

well my main account is now a fairly maxed th10 ( arch towers and cannons to lv12, finish lv9 walls, is all thats left) .... but reason why im asking this for my th7 account is because its been that long since i was th7, and wanted to know the current range for de farming..

I did this when i was waiting for my th to finish upgrading. I pushed to c3 then boosted my sf and zap those with 1k-2k de.
