I'm taking this to mean that we might get it a few years after I graduate college.

I'm a sophomore.

In high school.

Don't count on it anytime soon is pretty much what I've gathered from this. If it WAS coming soon, I'm fairly certain SC would've said "Soon!" instead of "No!"

He is implying that he thinks he will never get a girlfriend, and that clan wars will never be added. So he is saying clan wars are as likely to happen as him getting a girlfriend. In short, he is saying if clan wars come, he'll get a girlfriend, but he is being sarcastic
