Troop levels

This is just a thought I came up with and it might be terrible.
I think players should be able to select what lvl. troops they want to train up to the lvl. that they have researched. For instance: say you have the capabilities of training lvl. 3 dragons, but u don't have enough elixir to train a lvl. 3 ...so just change it to lvl. 2 and voila! There could be a option for changing the lvl. in the info of each troop, but only within your researched capability
