If you put a option in clash of clan that any one friend of his her can want tyo do some changes in his her village so the game will allow and provide option for this. After giving the permission of that owner to whom he wanna do some changes in his her village he or she can do changes.
I mean changing the village formate or make new design for his friend:-)
