Clan Troop Reservoir

My idea is to have a troop reservoir for each clan. A place for clan members to donate troops into without sending them via request. I think it should have five slots per member, cool-down times, and can only be withdrawn from by either approved clan members or week-old members to prevent hoppers. I'm sure the idea could still use a little tweaking, but it's a start. With the different time zones and such, sometimes there is no one to donate when you really need it, although it it should be up to each clan leader how the reservoir is managed.

I think that this is a fantastic idea.
