Supercell Not Replying

I emailed supercell on the 31st of December about changing my name because of privacy and racism reasons.
They still haven't replied. Can anyone help?

Try messaging one of the mods

I've been sending them requests every month or two since last spring and they never respond. I have a mile long list of why my name needs to be changed from ♥♥, so dont get your hopes up.

If SC reads this I do actually need it changed to something like Tyrael, and my reasons are serious.
