You need only willing to donate. Elder is earned: stay week and donate 60. If want to keep elder donate 80/season. Co-leader: stay 2 month and donate 400+/season.
we are mixed all the way. Level 79-26, boys and girls, kids and adults, international (lot different time zone), farming/pushing.
Our top level player is 79. We like to help lower levels to climb up because it all up to clan.
We are NOT 24/7 clan but almost, sometimes castle filled in 30 second and sometimes it took 2 hour.
This is not fast game you need to be patient.
Bronze to silver, silver to gold, gold to crystal... Year 2015 Jumping eagle is in top10, maybe just because YOU are in it.

Leader- Albert$- Level 10 TH- level 5 archers, giants, and wizards. Level 2 minions and dragon. Been playing for awhile.
Co-Leader- UnforgivingHawk- level 8 TH- level 5 giants, level 4 giants, and been playing since September.

4. Do not ask for "Elder" you will not receive it. (Until requirement is met)

6. Please be mature. (No sexual, racial, etc. words to be used)
Requirements
1. Level 4+ Archers, and Giants recommended.(Will consider lower levels aswell.)
2. Be level 35 at least.
3. Be ACTIVE and LOYAL.
