Should i upgrade to TH7?

I would max out your defensive buildings first.

And for you Hashdash i would consider doing walls now also because resources just get harder to find the higher your town hall level.

I upgraded early even more premmie than you. I still have those black wall. You are nearly maxed. Read Sharonysm's thread . The camps help help a lot. At TH6 I had 125 space which was useless against other TH6 but now with 180 space I can giant healer most TH6 setups.
