Do Teslas, That's if you have enough for the Town Hall as well, Or do the townhall, Raid money back, And then do Teslas.
What level are the Teslas now? If you only have 1 level left to upgrade on the Tesla I'd say do it.
If you have multiple levels left to upgrade on the tesla, you should upgrade the TH then do the tesla upgrades at TH9.
Since teslas take sooo long to upgrade, you need to be sure you don't leave multiple upgrades for a single tesla to the end.
When upgrading defeneses, I try to get everything to within 1 upgrade of max before Iv'e maxed more than a handful of the defenses. Being stuck with idle builders because of a lack of planning is just too painful for me.
Do your teslas and synchronize your last batch so you can finish your teslas and TH at the same time. you will have 4 builders busy and one idle for obstacles clean up.
You won't have time to take care of those while you are TH9 so do them now.
If you have too much gold, just put your storages outside :)
Upgrade the townhall and as it's upgrading, save up to upgrade your teslas with your free builders. 5 builders at th8 is impressive. I didn't get 5 builders till th10 and am currently the only one in my clan with 5 builders.
