Which dark troop would u upgrade? Atm my hogs are lvl 4, minions, golems, witch,valk's are all 1 what is the next best one to upgrade?
Farming
1) Minion
2) Hogs (gold/elixir farming)
Trophy Hunting
1) Golem
2) Witch
Because your a completionist or have this hope that one day they will buff this troop

For you, if your doing okay on DE, then hogs
Once I get my drills to lv6 I will do my queen and then the hogs, already...
I'd max hogs then make a start on minions. Imo mins are great for both pushing and farming, as are hogs (to a lesser extent for farming imo).
Golems i use for pushing but because i farm a lot longer than i push they where low down on my priority list. I see no point to valks at all.
As for witches, that is personal preference, i don't like them. I know they work, very well in fact but couple them with golems and the build time is huge, as is the cost of dark elixir which i find completely unsustainable.
I agree with "Dreamer" depending on what you are doing, but I Maxed my hogs a couple weeks ago and upped my 3 star count many times over. Best upgrade to date.Quote:

Valkyrie, upgrade her now before she is buffed to extreme, in result she will become powerful and there will be a sudden rush to upgrade her, trust me, I'm doing this :rolleyes:
Hogs! Valkyrie don't touch or upgrade her. She suuucks.

Can't see a use for Valks, I mean they perfectly replace a giant based army but by the time you want to use valks the golems are unlocked at the same TH level and are a much better use with more hitpoints, and take up plenty of damage, but hey who knows they could get a major boost and be OP for a while since everyone complains that they don't seem to have a use for them :/

Hogs, then minions, then witch, then golem. That is pretty much what I did.
I keep expectong tong cs to truly buff the valks, but still waiting....
Minions are great, they're my favorite troop in the game. :)
I did minions first, hogs (they are both at 5) valk lvl 2 and 3 (thought they would be useful by last update) then witches and now working on golems, but I did minions to 5 first thing they are definitely a troop that can be used in a lot of compositions

All my de troops are maxed, and I say definitely minions - useful for farming or pushing. Balloons and minions is a great army for crystal through master.
Minions get them lvl 5 asap! balloonions wreck havoc
