answer the emails

i send an email to supercell 1 month ago but nobody answer . Why is it so difficult to get a new device code i cant understand or supercell has enough player so doesnt care about us there are a lot of people like . only thing you say to send mail to supercell but really they dont answer my first email was about to get a device code and they misunderstood me they told me how to get a devide code after that i replied the e mail to reopen and i told i got a device code and i want to get another one because i lost my phone and account but they didnt answer me . its simple people may lose their phone and account . If they dont give me the change to get a new device code let me know :mad:

You don't get another code. When you link you must be linked to your GC and G+. Just sign back into the correct one on the new device and you will be able to retrieve your village. Please clarify your questions so that I can help you more :)

ty for your answer but i dont remember the password of G+ . I bought a new phonw with new account . İ have to get another code to play again i like this the game i have been playing the game for more than a year and i spent my time and money. What should i do ? should i give up ?

Why don't you try to reset your google password? If that fails and you sill can't get in then post your ticket number here.

Try to reset your password first as it will be quicker and easier.

i dont remember any of the info of my google account. its a very old account. Have you got any suggestions on my situation?

Don't give up, but once a Gamecenter or Google+ account is associated with your clash village, it is a permanent link. Support doesn't change or transfer them, and they have no way to access logins/passwords from Apple/Google.

There is Google's account recovery link.

If you don't remember the account you used, you might still be able to see it on the old device by clicking settings>accounts and looking at all your Google accounts you've put on the device.

as i said ı dont remember any of my ınfo on G+ account. And i also i dont have my old phone so i cant get any info from it. So can you please suggest an alternative on what to do? ASAP

Have you seen the recovery link? It gives an option to recover a username using the recovery email you hopefully put in.

the info i gave was not accurate so this did not help. All İ need is a new device code.

Sorry to say but this is becoming a bit fishy...

You might still be able to see the email on the old device by clicking settings>accounts and looking at all your Google accounts you've put on the device.

my old device was an ıphone now i have an andriod and there is no way for me to retrıeve my old devıce. İve been playıng this game for more than a year and i really wish to continue playing this awesome game. So can you please help me get a new device code? P.S i also paıd some money to play the game. please help me

Ok - I believe support can help you but they might not do it because of security reasons and as it is in violation to the ToS. What is your ticket number?

The device code generated during the link (to move from iOS to Android or vice versa) is a 1-time event. There are no more codes to be given.

Once you complete the link, it permanently associates your village with both the Gamecenter and the Google+ accounts logged in during the link.

The link procedure just adds the missing value before the link process to the village account on the server.

You now have a recovery method on both iOS and Android (the accounts used during the link process).

Those are your permanent links to the village - they can not be transferred or changed - you need to use the recovery methods by Apple or Google to recover your forgotten password or login.
