How to go about creating a clan with high starting standards?

I am wanting to create my very own clan (created this feeder clan) with high starting standards. I was planning on creating a 70+ clan (60+ if 70 is too high) that is invite only and 1400 trophies to join and no farming below gold league. I also prefer TH8s and higher that are very active and are willing to donate. Already have a few name ideas, but for now am wondering if anyone wants to help start it. If you would like to help me start this clan, please let me know and I will respond as soon as possible. Thanks!

You should start with poor players and slowly build your clan up. That's what I did. Now, the worst person in my clan is silver 1. That may not be impressive to some people, but to start out the worst people in my clan were unranked.

Totally agree with brownie, and i don't support creating requirements that the leader barely fits themselves

obviously, you must meet the requirements themselves. also, not that it means much, but simply having a higher league badge would help. if you are lvl 75, its hard to see you making a clan thats 70+ only, as most leaders are around 10+ levels higher than their members, unless its 90-100+. Find a couple good members that are above the requirements and recruit. also, dont make too many exceptions to your requirements or things would go down south

I agree with 5hadytru you barely meet the requirements. As for trophies, what is wrong with silver farming? What is so important about 1400 trophies? That may also get people away from your clan.

Well I do have to say that it looks better if you have higher league members. Also can't stay in my clan do to the poor defensive troops, I just can't keep getting destroyed. Plus I'm working on going back up to crystal and I'm pretty close. It would also be pretty cool to have just my own clan with my own requirements. Yes, I barely fit my own requirements, but it only challenges me to try and push higher. My clan members now are lvl 30+ so it's hard to do a lot right now.
