lost my village - please help!

• Name of the village: Tyler
• Name of the clan you are part of: Born Rebels
• Town Hall level: 7
• Date and time of your last playing session: 3 days ago

Hello, I'm using the blustacks app on my pc in order to run clash of clans.
I reached level 53 and town hall 7, then I updated my nvidia gefore graphics card and Clash of Clans stopped working because of that. During all my unsuccessful tries to make things work I deleted the blustacks app completely and by doing so I also deleted the Clash of Clans from it. After I realized that the nvidia update was the problem I degraded it and the game works properly again. But I can't seem to get my village back...

I followed some instruction saying to log in to my google+ account (it wsa linked to my village) and then after the tutorial game a pop up question should appear asking me to link to my old village... Well it didn't show.

My village should be attached to the email chriskate.tyler@gmail.com
My google+ account is the same email.
Village's name is Tyler
The clan I'm in is called Born Rebels and it's a feeder of Rebels Arise (which is also a feeder, of RoadToRebels, which is a feeder of Rebels Elite - the main clan, yeah we're a big family).
I'm an elder, the leader is called Grant. You can contact him and ask him about me, and the co leaders there as well...
I'd really hate to lose my village, please help!

Pressing the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Pressing Report An Issue
Pressing Other Problem.

If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:

I do have another problem and I hope you can guide me through it...
The iphone4 used to be my sister's (pass to me) and it has her CoC account attached there...
She's still playing but she linked her ipad to the same account and she doesn't need CoC on the iphone4 anymore.
The reason I turned to blustacks is that I didn't know how to start my own game on the iphone4 without deleting her account... Can you help me make it so I can play my own village on the iphone4 and she can keep playing her village on her ipad ?

Send a ticket for recovering a lost village using the instructions below.

I don't get your answer..
I should open the ticket in her account from the iphone4?
She'll kill me if I accidentally delete her game... it's linked to her gamecenter and attached both to the iphone4 and the ipad...

If her village is linked to a GC account it will never be deleted (unless SC delete it). You will need to make a ticket from her iPhone filing a lost village case which can take about 1 month. You will need to tell support all the details of what has happened so that they don't overwrite your sisters village.

You just set up the phone as new (erase the phone) and use your own gamecenter(appleid) .

Then you can start a new game
