Maxing TH7?

Do not let your bulders remain iddle for 2 weeks. And do not kid yourself, loot won't be bad for you at TH8, certaainly not worse than it is now. Lvl 5 troops are much better than lvl 4 and to be honest, it's easier for a th8 to defend against th9 than a th7 cs a th8. As for de, there is really no comparision.

I'm th8 now and you're good to go. There is absolutely no reason to stay for hogs.

Don't do hogs riders at TH 7 they become useful later on, but not know. Just save your DE for later on.

I had about 2 weeks of troop upgrades to do at the end of TH7. I left my builders idle, and surrounded my exposed town hall with my gold mines. Everything was maxed and I had nothing to spend it on, so why not? It made a lot of snipers happy!

I protected my elixir because I was donating and raiding with dragons most of the time. It's a good chance to experiment with new armies and help out your clan.

Ok thanks. I just think the drill is pretty slow for getting those dark upgrades. 45 an hour at max for TH8 seems a little slow. I think SC should consider increasing it. (But we know they won't.)

Also, is it possible to change a username? really wasn't thinking when I made the account.

Judging from my friends' premature TH 8's, gold is considerably harder to farm at TH 8 than at TH 7. I am wondering if this holds true for Dark Elixir as well. I will have better troops and defenses, but no 50% loot protection from TH 9. I would say I am decent at DE raiding, as I was able to steal the 75,000 DE :o needed for Barbarian King 1 through 5, so I should be able to raise the 20,000 needed for the Hog upgrade. However it is 8 days long, which will delay my TH upgrade 8 more days :(.

Tell me what you think, whether or not to completely, 100% max out TH7 lab upgrades. Thanks!

Edit: Thanks for the quick responses guys! I will have all stuff maxed for TH7 except Hogs before my TH finishes.

You must have done it wrong. I have 5 builders and the only troop I wasn't able to max by the time my th7 finishes to 8 is hogs.

Definitely max out town hall 7!!! I have heard from alot of people that loot changes majorly between town halls.

You are doing great you should upgrade to th8 and keep on maxing troops while ur in th8 from te ones u didnt finish in th7. My village my self isnt great. It what ud call a premature th9 and im not telling u to upgrade it too fast but also dont let troops hold u back

TH8 is much easier than TH7 for DE farming. So upgrade TH8 is the best option.
