It's not new... It's called the lightning spell
no cuz it cant harm buildings...
So you would rather a spell that does damage to only troops to a spell that damages troops and buildings?
And you would personally curse this spell if you had a dragon in your clan castle and the attacker wipes it out with just onetiny bottle.

It's a good idea but maybe it could be spell factory level 6 as its so powered this is a good idea
This would make clan troops worthless as everyone would just have one of these, you may as well not even have a cc. This is a truly awfull idea.
