improved chat

hey guys i read through the ruled out section quickly and didnt see this (i am sorry if it was there) how about like different chats on global that you can go to? i am not talking about topics i am talking more about leagues, levels or certain ammount of trophies. I think this will make recruiting much easier and so that the bronze players dont spam the higher players. you can only enter the chat if you are high enough. For example you cant enter 3000+ trophies level 100+ if you arnt these yourself. tell me what you think and once again i do apologise for my english because once again it is not my first language. Also you dont have to enter in any of these things they are just an option.
