Read this right now!

Hey [bob123] is here, and SuperCell I was wondering if you could implement a more advanced chat into Clash of Clans.
New features would include:
-Telling whether people are on or off(indication on the clan page)
-Seeing who saw the post and who didn't
-Leader having ability for private post with members
-Being able to edit your message more quickly by sliding your finger across(for some reason we aren't able to do that currently)
-If elder/co-leader/leader wants to, they can hide messages in the chat they deem inappropriate
-Global chat button on the right side of the screen, so you can monitor both at once if you wanted to
-being able to post pictures on clan and global chat
Also more implemented ideas:
-Being able to observe villages close to you, using location services
-Sharing replays on global
-ability to save base design

Only in clan chat right? I don't think this would be implemented in CoC for two reasons:
- You can only fit so many usernames in the chat box. How are you going to fit: "Seen by: xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx" for every message, and
- It might be seen as an activity indicator, which is frowned upon because that really just starts clan fights.

- Tbh I would just say it in chat or use another app.

ok this thread is pretty much useless I guess and idk how to delete it but even though they may not implement any of it, I still think they should improve the chat in a way that it is easier to use.
(and I wanted to see the nearby villages with the location thing because I think that it would be easier to see others bases at school, work, etc, than to look up the clan then press on the player)

I only agree with these.

This would help Elders/Co-Leaders/Leaders a lot. Trying to get an important message across and not knowing who seen it is difficult. (Although if you're Leader/Co-Leader you can do a "Clan Message". but it would still help to know who's on.)

I think Leader and Co-Leader should be able to PM members of their clan. This way, they can keep certain conversations private, and be able to evaluate them personally.

I've wanted this for so long. It urks me so much! PLEASE DO THIS!

110% on that. Some hoppers get on and destroy chat with disgusting, vile, hurtful remarks. I would love to be able to remove those comments.

I do NOT agree with these:

This would be cool, but facebook kinda covers that. Also privacy could be an issue

You can monitor both at once, just click the "Global" icon or the "Clan" icon that sit DIRECTLY next to eachother.

No, this would lead to pornography and other inappropriate content. I completely disagree.

I could see how this would benefit some, but all-in-all it'd just create spam. I don't feel like it's needed until we get a better, upgraded chat system.
