The way I read it was that resource trading with other players was ruled out. Through an AI bank, SC could control rates and such.

Idea: you cna send a builder to go seadiving, he'll be gone for 24 hours and when he returns he brings rewards, like obstacles, but this one gives more, also DE elixer and gold, but also some nice amounts of gmes (randomly chosen ofc) while he is diving, you cant use him, you can speed up the process with gems.
They should use the sea, either get rid out it Super cell or do something with it. I would love something like they did in Boom Beach, when you have villages that give you gold but, instead you would have something like a colony that would give you troops and resources you would be able to upgrade it in such and the best part is other players couldn't attack it. But it would be available at a town hall level 8 and you would have limits on how much resources you could get from one colony and what troops would make the game, better in my opinion lets say you need a resource a lot you could use your colony for that. It would transport what it made either gold, elixir, dark elixir or even troops which all of these stuff would go to your army camps and storages. But of course wouldn't be a lot just a boost to your army and resources and you could have a multiple colonies a limit of 3 though and each one would be better at one thing and that would be what they specialize in like gold or elixir you get the idea. I would love if they did that it would really change the game.
