If you see in the bottom left of the screen there is a sea in Clash Of Clans so why don't we use this sea In something useful like in the new SC game Boom Beach they use the sea for gaining resources from boats and also for army camps, so SC can try and add ships to Clash Of Clans that gives resources which would be cool.
Post if you like the idea or not.
They should just remove it.
I'd rather the sea acted as a trade feature in CoC. Then we could trade resources with clan members, or with a central "bank" like in other online and board games.
