It depends on your army composition.
I used Barch when I was upgrading to TH8 and was around 1200-1300. Yet I had to click 30+ times to find a base worth raiding. Now I raised my trophee level to 1400-1600 and loot is awesome here. I get attacked harder, but the loot in collector raids is more profitable.
I would say for you : 1300 - 1400
