They would be nice and help the loot. If there wasn't a loot system, or a more favorable to TH9/10 System, I wouldn't care. But since inactive bases are cleared once in a while, I like the idea.
I care about my mines a lot. They are extremely important.
Mines are the bread and wine of the game. People who don't have maxed mines just want to go to your table and drink yours.
Anyway I don't care. I'll max any level SC puts on those and be happy to share with everybody. I love collecting 150k every morning.
I think people underestimate the usefulness of pumps. I get over 3 million gold a week from my maxed mines. That is on top of whatever else I raid.
Of course they are important.
I maxed them out at lvl 11 during my TH7 build which I completed on March 19, 2013. Since that time, they have provided me with over 140 million gold and elixir for doing nothing. That's a good return for a couple seconds to collect from them during every play session.
As soon as I go to TH10 in the next couple weeks, I'll be maxing the new collectors I get access to.
even if there was lv20 mines and pumps it wont solve the loot problem , i have been raiding in G1-S3 and 80% of the farmers i come across still have them below lv7Quote:

currently im maxing my mines but leaving pumps alone at lv8 , since i rarely use more than 30k elixir from them , the rest is always residue from raiding :D
if you have full level mines/pumps and leave them for a day , it will give the raider a chance to raid for 225k each
if we all max our mines , everyone will have a chance of hitting that instead of nexting for hours to find an abandoned base ....
i care more about other people's mines/pumps than my own
one more lvl to mines . collectors and maybe drills would be awesome and new lvl to storages as well to spice things up :D
There should be somekind of minimal level of mines before upgrading town hall.
