The title speaks for itself, this should be deleted or be able to be gemmed. If you mess up when you send a message you have to wait 12 hours. And spamming shouldnt be a problem because only the people you trust should be able to send messages.

There should be no cool down for the clan leader, the co leaders should be the ones with the 12 hour cool down.Quote:
