Personal Break only for Champion players?

Does the 6hrs personal break apply only for Champion league players?

My mate was online for 16hrs straight yesterday without being booted out.
He was in Master league & pushing for donation.

And I hope that a 60sec countdown timer can be implemented before attacking is disabled for the personal break as it helps alot with the cc troops you have for defending. When attacking is disable, you can't even go to goblin campaign to dump your cc troops away for another request.

And pls change back to 8hrs break! :D

He must have logged off for atleast 7 minutes several times during the day to not be booted off.
