Depends on the base TBH... Hard decision but if it's only semi-centralized I would attack live side for sure

People do seem to attack from the upgrading side. Any justification for that choice? Just curious ;)

Upgrading side. I always attack the side with the defence down unless the other side is easy pickings. One IT is still very deadly...

This for me too. The base I imagine u created for this question is going to have 2 air defenses protecting each route to the IT and has every other defensive building maxed, so I would want the advantage of the upgrading IT.

Both fair points to this discussion. I personally would try and take out the inferno tower with rage/heal combo. The rage should help it get destroyed and the heal for after the IT is killed

I will generally attack the side with more loot regardless.

However if I believe I can 100% the base I will hit the live side, get the threat out of there asap.
