New clan feature: Founds!

I got an idea. What about donating some gold or elixir to your clan? So if someone need it, he would just need to talk to a co-leader. The clans would have the option of say how many resources you would need to donate in a week, a month, etcetera. But dark elixir and gems would not can be donated. What do u think?

This is ruled out by supercell, probably for the following reasons.
1.People would funnel resources through second accounts to their main account
2. People would hide resources behind shielded accounts

The idea has been suggested many times and love the idea but it says in the sticky that its not allowed. I like your idea to bad Super Cell doesn't.
