I saw that baming is a really good farming strategy. The thing is my minion is level 1, so I got some questions that can get me prepared for baming. I'm going to farm in gold FYI.
1. What level should I upgrade my minion to start baming?
2. How should I train the army?
3. About how much DE should I raid for?
4. Which troop should I normally place in battle first, second, third?
5. Do you have any tips I can use?

1. I'd recommend at least level 4, 5+ all the better.
2. I run 2 barracks with barbs, and 2 with archers, and about 30-40 minions. Usually end up around 100 barbs, 80 archers, and 30 minions, but it often varies for me.
3. I try to at least earn back the de I used for the raid. Personally I BAM in crystal 2 where the DE loot bonus is quite plenty so I usually earn back, or break even.
4. My preference would be: Barbs, Archers to get rid of stuff blocking access to the storages (If you're going for storages), then minions. Collectors raids: Go all out :P
5. Watch out for air bombs near storages, I make that mistake quite too often. Best of luck on BAM, May time some time to get used to, but it's great!

At least level 3 or 4.

Fill up 2 barracks with archers, 2 barracks for barbs, and 2 DE barracks for minions. Always keep troops queuing.
3. About how much DE should I raid for?
Maybe 200-300 DE. If you want considerable profit, then 600+
4. Which troop should I normally place in battle first, second, third?
First kill off cc troops and heroes. Then send a wave of barbs, then archers, then barbs, then archers. Once you get close to the core, send a few scattered minions to check for air bombs, and flood the rest in 2-3 waves. This is also the appropriate time to send in your cc troops or heroes.
5. Do you have any tips I can use?
No; but if you have any specific thing you'd like to know, I can tell you.
upgrade your minions to atleast level 2 mine are level 3 atm and they are great

If you're gonna try farming DE in gold,id recomend using BARCH or even chuck in some gobs too.there isnt a lot of DE in gold so using minions will make any potential profit minimal,also using minions is a bit hit and miss sometimes as theyre very prone to being destoyed by air bombs and wrecking the raid

Enough to make a small profit.

Barb > Archer > minions

These tips are for storage raiding:
Use lightning, heal and rage. Heal when minions facing wizard tower, rage when there're way too many flash buildings aiming at your troops. But limit your spells to 1 (or none) only.
Bring 1-2 wall breaker can help as well, easier for the barbs to get to the core.
Most of the times, I use barb and archer to clear the path, then minion straight to the core for the loot. However, there're occasions when I have to go all out to clear the path faster (when the storages are spread out).
Always lure CC troops and heroes.
Always test for airbombs and giant bombs.
Don't send out everything at once, save a dozen of barbs/archer and a few minions to control the last 30 secs of the match.
I use 84 archers (21 per barracks) 80 barbs (20 per barracks) 20 minions (10 per barracks) and 8 wallbreakers (2 per barracks). I've been using this for at least 6 months, and let me tell you, in my experience,the wallbreakers are worth it.
Edit: I always carry 4 lightnings and use them if it's worth destroying the 2 mortars guarding the side that i attack from (for storage bases).
