Ok i have just completed 2 successful, but time consuming trades with 2 1st timers. While i have absolutely no issues "teaching and supporting" new traders, i was one once, may i ask that before embarking in your 1st trades, please do the minimal ground work and read the 1st post on this thread, it will explain almost everything you need to know and the rest you will pick up as you go along.
It is otherwise very time consuming to trade with people who have no idea what the wheat trick is or just add the items without knowing if i can see their farm or the wheat 1st.

Will trade building expansion hardware for land expansion
I am tryng to clear out all of my land on the right hand side of our screens. I need land deeds most of all, but I'll take the mallets and stakes, too. I can trade any of the materials used to expand the barn or silo. I have some of all 6 parts. If you need parts for a building but don't have land expansion stuff, I will entertain offers of multiple items that must include the following - TNT, dynamite, shovels, saw, axes, and/or any of the things made in the sugar mill (syrup or brown or white sugar).
