Can you reset your village without resetting gamecenter?

I was just wondering this because I saw something in the stickies... (I thought that you can't)

You could reset your device and restore an iTunes backup.

Yes but i actually tryed logging out of

Gamecenter and deleting and reinstalling clash of clans but it didn't work

Go into settings and reset your device. Then restore a backup of your device and you should have a new game.
