Got 25k DE atm and I'm a TH 8. So should I save the de for the queen as I'm nearly maxed....Should I upgrade hogs to lvl 3? BK to lvl 6? Minions to lvl 4? Plz tell me why you voted that!

I'm a TH 8 as well, but from what I hear the Archer Queen is well worth it. So, I would say save for Archer Queen.
I am upgrading the king to level____- until it costs 40k de then going for the queen
