There is also an obvious gap that seems to be widening in loot. If you are on the forms people are often suggesting that Th9 players drop to 1600 or go up to 2200+. Even with Th10 players, the same low end with masters being the high end. What the heck is with the gap in-between? Its a 800 trophy gap! Now if you factor up into the 1900 range (still okay farming) then its more like 300-400 but that is still a huge range of poor loot.



For me, when loot is "on" I am perfectly happy with the new system. The 400,000 max to loot makes it much more viable to make a profit off more expensive compositions. However, loot droughts are more severe and painful than ever. (I think when things get scare, bases get picked over pretty fast leaving nothing much for anyone else) The up and down swings are just so extreme. The worse part is that "looking" for loot is much more difficult than it use to be. Either you drop down into mid-low gold or go high crystal, low masters. Sure you can drop trophies fast but if you have to climb that isn't a one day job. So changing ranges is often impractical.

Even if these numbers are true how many bases can be maxed out with 6.5 trillion gold?
And 6.5 trillion gold divided by how many players and amongst those players how many off those bases have been taken out of matchmaking system already?

They need to increase the mine production per hour. Maybe double or close to it when maxed. Then up the league bonus and fix the searching issue. Maybe add some type of filter setting; like only search for TH10's with x amount of gold etc. The point of a gaming app is to pick it up, play it a short time, and repeat. It should not be a game that you have to look and click a screen for 10-15 mins trying to find someone to attack. It takes the enjoyment out of the game.


I'm sure a lot of players get aggravated searching 50-200 times seeing nothing but bases with under 40k gold, with the occasional 200+/200+ base, but most of the time that base is an almost maxed TH10.

I thought it was bad at TH9 most of the time since the loot update, but as a new TH10 (Been around 1700-2000 cups so far) , loot is few and far in-between.

Edit: They could also do something with free shields from the TH. That is also a large issue causing many bases with 200+ gold to be taken off of the market.

After thinking about this problem more and more my first solution was to up the production of collectors. I (as well as many here on forums) can understand why SC does not want to do this. They fear a loss of rev. I don't blame them, I want SC to be very profitable so they are able to come out with many more great updates and keep the game going. So my solution would be to increase the loot bonuses dramatically most of all at higher leagues starting at C3. My reasoning is that it starts to become harder for players to use no spells and cheaper armies higher up and there for SC will generate more profit by players still wanting to attack more often, to win (for loot bonus), and incline some keep barracks and spells boosted. I also feel that this will help many th9s and a lot of th10 players to push higher. I know many will probably be against this idea because it is not as beneficial for the lower ths but as many have seem, myself included, the loot for lower ths is still great. Hope SC thinks about the option! (also SC thanks for this game it is great!)

Because Supercell increased loot cap, far more players resort to hide behind shields or dump gold into walls.

Only the most advanced defenses dare to hold much gold, which you can't get anyway.

They are could not care less about our opinions, just look at build time bug. As is against Apple's policy, and they are even looking at the mess atm, which also has been confirmed - just watch the build time thread. There is no communication between SC and their players/customers, same with this next problem / loot.

No, no, no. The answer is NOT to increase collectors rates, or increase league bonuses. Both of those solutions would put a lot more loot into the game, which the devs are afraid will de-value the currency (inflation).

The he answer is to find a happy medium with the available loot from storages and collectors. Personally, I had no problems with the 20% up to 1 mill loot system.

But the current 10% up to 4 mill just does not work.

Again, I would love to try a 15% up to 2 mill loot system... A happy medium. It just makes sense. Less searches to find a base worth attacking... More loot flowing between players... With NO added loot into the economy causing inflation.

Win win.

Yeah, err, no sorry I think you're talking about something else here. Most players complaining here are seeing base after base under 100k clicking next over and over to find something worth raiding. Increasing the storage loot available won't fix anything, we need an increased production rate of resources. The issue has never been the max amounts you can grab from players. It's the lack of loot available...

So many words... Could someone sum up what's going on here so when I reply to something I don't look stupid? :rolleyes:
