i also agree, level 11 collectors don't produce that much resources.
Maybe not to level 15 but maybe potentially create a new th and you then could upgrade to lev 12?
I agree there should be a lv 12 mine and collector level which is available at th8 to upgarde becuase that is high enough for a mine or collector
