[idea] League of Assasins

Point of League of Assasins:
1. Allow to attack single players,
2. new feature;
3. Strenght clans
4. Loads of fun
I have an idea to create League of Assasins. That is:
New feature
Sort of new League
New building
a Game changer :)
Basic idea:
There is a mistical league of assasins, only high skilled clashers can join it. So Clans should train one of them, the one they trust most to join the league. That will alow to join league as a clan and let to hunt other players.
How does it work:
Clan that joins league of assasins is alowed to search for other players by name and attack it.
How to join league of assasins:
Clan pick up one person. Gives him rank (like Co-Leader) that is named "Assasin Master" and he has to build a Assasin Center and pay tribute to the League (5mln gold, 5 mln elixir and 50 k DE). When he will build the Center. Clan is allowed to attack other players.
Limitations and game balance:
To keep balance in game, the Assasin master has to be trusted member. Also it has to be the best one in clan because clan members can attack people with his lvl + max10 lvl more and max next league lvl . So eg. league master has 90th lvl, is in crystal. So clan members cannot attack anyone with lvl 100+ and league Master+.
If clan want to change Assasin Master (AM), Clan Leader can demote him, and after 30 days a new one can be picked up.
Cool features:
Assasin master can search target for free. It costs him nothing, and he can search for players and share they profile in Assasin center, or on chat with the options attack. It is like "replay" but with ability to attack.
He can start Clan wars - That is only idea :)
Players can pay tribute with gems to protect them from the league - :)
