Guys, since walls upgrade doesn't require time, then why to wait for the builder to be free to upgrade it!! It doesn't make since. I suggest to make any none-time items to be excluded from builder activities

It makes perfect sense. It used to be the way you describe. They changed it because not requiring a builder allows people to dump all their extra resources into walls whenever they want. Most folks prefer to keep all builders busy over leaving one free to work on walls. The end result is that overall, fewer resources get raided leaving more to spread around.Quote:
