Most Flawed Aspect: Punished for defending

By the way, this is my personal opinion (not SC's official stance).
I think placing more loot available for raid when destryong a Town Hall (e.g. 50k cap for TH10) would prevent most if not all farmers from placing their Town Halls outside for a cheap shield.

I would love to have a league bonus for successful defends (it would have to be fairly high to make it seem attractive to put TH inside though). Making the bonus higher for every successful defense would be great too, since you deserve more if you were able to defend w/o CC, traps, xbows, or infernos (one or more of those).

Personally, I think the townhall should store resources. Say 100k at th10. And that 100k should come from your first 100k, none of this 10% stuff like stores.

So just about every th10 would offer a minimum 100k of loot. Plus whatever is in stores/collectors.

Then give defense league bonus AND half of the gold the attacker spent nexting!

Even better, the winner of the match gets some portion of the attackers nexting gold! Then everyone would want to win.

I meant to include this as an option, but it would need to be more than 50k. At least, half of your available loot, imo.

I lost 500k Gold last night over 5 raids (2 of my Xbows are upgrading to lvl 4, so I expect to lose a bit more resources, but then again, I get shields quicker with 2 xbows down).

I just think they need to stop punishing you for having a good defence that keeps defenders from 40% damage.

The truth is, 50k for a 12 hours shield is cheap. I stand to lose 350k gold/elixir plus 2.5k DE(since Im offering max loot most of the time) every time I log out. I seriously rather pay 50k to keep even more resource safe. My loot bonus of 75k easily make back the 50k losses.

Though it is not a 100% chance that I get sniped but I save a lot of resources if I do get sniped. Getting sniped 10 times means I save 3 million of gold/elixir and 25k DE (300k and 2.5k DE x 10 TH snipe) is a respectable amount. This is not taking in consideration of the cost save for not having the need to re arm...:rolleyes:

Yes, I will definitely take the chance to get snipe even at the cost of 50k:o

The current system would work bar a few different things. One of the main problems being that while you gain trophies from winning the trophies you gain are really irellivent. Defence bonus' and possible short shields after each attack would go a long way

For example, last night I was raided 5 times with a total of 2 million elxiir stolen but less than 2,000 gold (from pumps) and no DE taken. Instead, I've racked up +87 trophies. Now I can go farm back down and afford to lose those trophies I won overnight.
*Elixir is never a problem since I max out 8 mil everyday just from barching - always overflowing.

I had to reread it.

I don't think he's saying he only gets one attack every 2 days. He gets an all-out attack once every 2 days, and loads of collector farming raids overnight which don't scratch the surface.
