Champions stuck on clouds

Hey guys my names Nate,
A lvl 95 member of the clan #Farming. So i am by noo means a champion, and i don't exactly like top players with all the slime that surrounds then frequently. So perhaps throw them a bone and it will resolve some of the ♥♥♥♥♥ing. First of all they have been tired of being stuck looking for matches, this is subject of a few things, they don't have enough people to raid and everyone they can raid is online 24/7. So my suggestion have the champions with 4000+ trophies go through s different search. This search will use an algorithm (i have no clue what it will be i'm not that smart lol) that allows them to raid people within 3200 trophies but the algorithm will do two things. Check players base defense levels only picking nearly maxed players. Also somehow deciding if its a trophy base. Perhaps seeing if the town hall is behind walls and covered by defenses. This way they are able to find more matches and instead of leaving their iPad alone via ♥♥♥♥s they can enjoy themselves raiding. But also they will be required to take a break more often. And finally put in some new defenses that balance raiding and defense. This is just my take on it maybe throw them a bone and it will make following the top players more exciting and more competitive instead of having it a stalemate months at a time. Tell me what ya think. Do you all even care about what goes on with top players?

Also if this is just not practical i'm just throwin ideas out not sure if its actually possible.
