Profanity Filter Oddities? Post them here!

Among other things

Skype comes up as *****. Even when I type it with spaces between each letter.

"That's exactly" comes up as that******ly

I'm guessing cause if you try hard enough the word ♥♥♥ or ♥♥♥ act is in there.

Neighbour Maryanne can't type her own name, it appears as M*****ne... Think World War 2, certain attempts to breed a super race of human beings that twisted an descriptive ancestry group name into a word with racist overtones.

I was explaining to some one that I like to sell things a bit cheaper. Every time I wrote it it came up with *****eaper. I found it amusing to be honest, it was like a NH competition as to what on earth I was on about lol :-)

I asked for some cacao seeds in my native language - "kakavova semena" => "kakavova *****a". Semen is a really bad word ;) .

Anytime I try to say I have 5 extra or any # of items it comes out ******tra.

The funniest one is one that we use so commonly, and so often in our neighbor hood chat that it has become a massive joke. May daughters have a farm, too, so in the hood chat when I say "she said she needs..." it looks like "she s*****he needs..." It took me FOREVER to even figure out what it was trying to filter!

yes, Madonna, mother of God!
