We all hate jumpers.. they come for some hours and leave again.
Maybe there is a reason to reduce them:
When you join a clan you have to pay a bill which is set by TH level?
For example a TH 10 have to pay 100k Gold to join a new clan.
Wouldn't this solve for 70% the problem?
i would not like to pay every day 100-500k gold to join some clans.
PS: First answer should be " yes they should pay some gold"

what about the visitors?, xp hunters?
Where would the gold go to? Down the toilet or to the leaders?
Edit: If it went to the leaders it could be exploited.

as a farmer clan you have to set the trophy range low...
when you are a trophy clan, then it will be easier i think..
