How do you make your clan truly known when ever few seconds your clan posting gets pushed down more. I'm always in global but as anyone knows that can be aggravating. Any advice on how I can make my clan grow would be awesome or any interests in join would be even better
Recruiting on forums is a good place to look.
Once you have a recruitment thread in the clan talk sub-forum it will move down quickly. When you see it on the 3rd or fourth page, post a message to it to bump it back to the first page.
Secondly, go through the clan talk sub-forum and read the threads of people looking for a clan. If someone looks like a good fit, send them a polite private message. Include a link to your recruitment thread and invite them to check out your clan.
It takes a little persistence, but I went from 0 to about 20 players in under three weeks.
Put some effort into making a recruiting thread. Tbh 75% of the threads on the recruitment are terrible. They just list their clan and like one requirement. Make a banner, be creative, and funny.

You can really go to town on making some eye candy for a recruitment thread.
Some decent artwork can go a long way.
Let anyone in. Kick the ♥♥♥♥ out a week later. We did well with that tactic.
having cool graphics always catches forum members eyes. If your not good with that kind of stuff and not willing to try you could ask a GFX maker to make you a SIG PIC displaying your clan with a link to your clan recruitment page.
A banner or a poster or a website or a really good pic normally works. I've spent like an hour just going on forums checking out clan posters and banners and stuff. A YouTube video works ;)
