Ive seen people my lvl with a maxed th8 and some that have already started on th9 :( sooo am i on a good pace or am i slacking a bit? :confused:

You look like me maybe 2 or 3 weeks in to TH8. You aren't really slacking though. Just don't rush your Town Hall :)

Dont mind ur lvl, it reflects how active u r n it's good. Prioritize ur splashers n hybrid (mort, wiz, tes).

Your donations are boosting your level a bit. I'm a nearly maxxed TH8, at level 79. I only have 26k in donations (my clan isn't very active). I wouldn't worry about level though, it is basically meaningless.
good level for th8. shows ur a good donator. ur fine don't worry about it. just go farm crazy n u will be fine

Hi, Im level 81 and have donated around 15K. I farm in gold 3, I have all level 7 walls and maxed defenses. considering that around 4000 troops donated will get you a level up in the 80's range, I think youre levels are high because you donate above the norm, which is a good thing IMO
-all of my elixer troops are maxed, but i only have hogs and minions to level 2
-level 5 barb king
-highest ive ever pushed is 2000 exactly(if relevant)
I'd say youre just a little behind. Im getting townhall 9 tomorrow. I didnt have the patience to get all level 8 walls. (TH8 was getting boring)
Im maxed out expect my walls and Im lvl 85...... I only have 20k donations and you have 40k so thats probably the difference.
I'm a TH8, lvl 96 and have donated 62000 troops...defences and elixir troops are maxed, spells are maxed and minions are maxed, hogs lvl 2 and BK lvl 6...197 lvl 8 wall aswell.
TH8 is a long road mate, dont rush it and be patient, it will come in the end!!

No i fin th8 at lvl89 i had 27k donat and had maxed every building the extra lvl or 2 is prob from when i went to crystal th picking at th7 for fun
