I bought 1200 Gems using my ipad 4 (ios 7.0.4 jailbroken) and that was never received after 6 hours.

Your jail broken device may have interfered with the connection with Apple & SC. It really could just be your iPads fault.
The main problem here is that your device is jailbroken....

I think its hilarious how people complain that things don't always work very well when they've had their iPhone jailbroken. Apple clearly state that they don't support jailbroken devices.
Clash of clans was designed for an Apple device, not one that had been jailbreaked.
I know now that it's not illegal to jailbreaked the devices, but please don't complain when it now doesn't do what you want it to do, when it was you that had it jailbreaked.
