Um, I think i'm going to put in the thread every item (excluding decorations) must be used in the Layout.

Do all decorations have to be used? I have a ridiculous amount of flags and what not that other people may or may not have

I do not understand why that would be beneficial. But if you want to, I have no problem with adding that in
