Goblin Jester..? New Hero

Name: Goblin Jester Hero
Cost: Maybe around 25,000 Dark elixir
Time: 60 minutes to regenerate
Space: 3x3 building
Unlocked: Unlocked at town hall 8.
Damage: Level 1: 100 damage per second, 2x on resource buildings, making it 200 damage on resources.
Hitpoints: 1250
Hero skills: Unlocked at level 5, when attacking resources, he summons up to 10 goblins to help.
Movement speed: 20
This hero's skills reflect off of the goblins, following the hero name theme of a kingdom, he goes by a "Jester". Heis the king of the goblins and is sometimes referred to the Goblin King. He loves resources, just like goblins. He targets resources. He wears a golden mohawk as his hairstyle. On defense, he appears to sit around, doing nothing but counting his loot.

This is just asking for a single hero...

I love this idea but the hero ability needs to only three gobs or all gobs in a radius get faster in attacking so 2x damage what they usual do and move at two time th speed. And in reference to hero's being band emread what you posted. "A hero for ALL types of troops has been ruled out." The key word here is "all".

Yes what he means is a new troop related hero is ruled out. SC arn't gonna do any goblin, giant, WB, Balloo, Wizard etc etc.. Heros! I wish newbies would read the stickies and quit posting common new hero ideas! It just spams the forums and wastes people's time :(

Not only is this buried inside a long list on a long sticky, but it's not even worded clearly. It could have multiple interpretations.

I think the goblin chief is a good idea. I especially think it would be cool if they added more campaign missions and have the goblin chief defending the final base. If you beat the base you gain the chief! Would be kind of like a boss battle in a way.
