Should I replace low trophy donators with higher league players?

Should I replace low trophy donators with higher league players? I am clan leader of the clan: el][te donators and we are progressing fast. I'm at a point where I have Silver 1s that donate intensely and go up to 2000 donations a season, but they are the lowest trophy players in the clan. We are recruiting 1500+ and I really want our clan to progress till the lowest member is gold. Should I kick these Silver 1s that donate a lot and recruit 1500+? It seems like the only way to actually get the Clan Trophy Count up. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks

Well that's mostly up to you. In my clan some newbies were added recently. It's fine, we've been there too. We're not a competitive clan either. I think that's a decision that only you can make.
PS: 2000 donations of lvl3/4 troops would be the same as nothing to me most of the time. Really, absolutely up to you tough if you guys are friends and stuff that's pretty lame to kick them.

Give them a chance to push to farm at gold league maybe? Those who dont make it in set time, then maybe make a feeder clan so they can at least come back if they stick around, and really want to move up...

I would make it clear what the direction of the clan is, and give everyone a chance to get on board with that. put your min donations at somewhere acheiveable for most and a push for the lowest contributors.

then put in place trophy count increases as you go forward. i.e in two weeks time were going to increase the min to 1600 and built it up

1500+ is strange.

it is above many farming leagues, even TH8-Th10 often farm below that.
However, 1500 is also way too low to indicate that your clan wants to be a trophy pushing clan.

Maybe better make up your mind about what kind of clan you want to have in the first place.

Y dont yougo and makeyourclan have a level limit as this would mean either high donators will come or high level which is what u want

Several things to consider;

High trophy doesn't indicate how good a player at team work. I've seen someone in crystal 1 who apparently never joined a clan whatsoever. Our clan too, once accepted a crystal 2 who after a season had donation/ request ratio of something like 60/ 800, clearly just leeching the clan's resources to him/herself.

You don't need all members to be in high trophy range to push your clan's trophy. Like half or three-quarter of the total is usually enough. So there can still be place for the low trophy members.

The ones who donate a lot means they already invested so much for the clan, both time and resources, thus they are more likely to be loyal clan members.
