My name is Flash and I have a problem....now that I have your attention. H.A.R.O is a new and rising clan. We have a few members due to difficulty in recruitment but would like to expand. As of now, we have no requirements for joining, just that you're active in the cc and fun loving. We do, however, require activity and growth. Wanna be an elder? Hold a position of responsibility and authority? Earn it! We don't just smack you with those because we feel like it. To be an elder, you have to show you've gone above and beyond the rest, dedicate troops to those in need, give out good helpful advice and help others grow. Top 10 are eligible for elder but only if proven to be the man for the job. You get priority on what I donate to you as troops, ask and ye shall receive. Let's grow together and have fun.
