Reached Master's at TH8, what trophy range should I drop/raise to farm?

Well I trophy pushed for Master's league for the 1000 gem's and I finally got it today after a few days/a week of raising my trophies from 1.2k. After pushing for master's as a town hall 8 I am very tired of see'ing inferno towers and xbow's as I had to skip by those everytime I saw one. I now want to max out my town hall 8 and go town hall 9 soon (I have everything maxed out except 1 archer tower lvl 10 and my teslas that are lvl 2). I have forgotten which trophy range is best to farm for resources for a town hall 8. Maybe the 1750-1850 range or stay in master's league? Also one more question is that I heard in recent patches that the higher town hall level does not give you a higher percentage of loot anymore? Is this true? Lastly recently I have noticed a great amount of decreased "dead" bases, do they remove dead bases from being attacked each trophy reset?

Any opinions/tips/help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Anywhere from Silver 1-Gold 1, I found the best loot in Gold 3 and Gold 1, don't stay in Master league, near impossible for Town hall 9 to farm there, Town hall 8 would be impossible

Ahhh yea thats what I was talking about, the 1400 range and 1700-1800 range so thats gold 1-3. Thanks I'll check it out.

Anyone else? Any veteran's here that could help? :cool:

Oh I forgot to mention those, no my walls and king are not maxed. I currently have 137 lvl 6 walls and 88 lvl 7 walls and my barb king is only lvl 2. Thus the reason why I want to find a good trophy range as to where I can farm for the next few weeks and get my walls full lvl 8 and my barb king maxed out :D And congratz on your 700th post, I am new here so yay my 5th post! haha.

24 hogs (started with hogs lvl 1, got to around 2400 trophies but didn't really work out, after 2400 I had hogs lvl 2 which made a big difference), 12 archers, 20 barbs (for clearing out heroes/CC troops), 10 wizards (after hogs take out defenses, put wizards few wizards around, then rest to go for the town hall for the two star), and 4 wallbreakers (to guide the wizards to the town hall).
