How to close down a failed feeder?

Hi all, I am leader of a family of clans called promethazone, promethazen and promethazine. When we were full for the first time we tried to create a feeder called promethazine2. Unfornately the clan failed and nobody can let us in to close down the clan. Is there anything Supercell can do to close down this inactive clan and clear it from the search?
