Really need help with my clan
Ok, so I logged on, I see a guy got promoted to elder without my permission, I see a level 29 guy joining my clan, and worst of all, I see the chat has gone inactive today. I hated all those three. Well... I kicked the weak guy and demoted that elder to member. That's not the main issue here. Chat is the main issue. I scrolled town and see last message about 8 hours ago! Yesterday it was all fine, 1 hour ago which isn't a biggie at all. I saw four people left, and one of them gained co-leader in a 23 member clan that decided to make feeder... What has this come to?
We had 46 yesterday, now 41, the chat is not making us gain people at all. I can't log on often at school, so there is a lot of things happening when I'm offline. Thankfully at weekend, I can be on the whole day and farm as much as I can. I am just frustrated to see the chat problem come AGAIN. The members like to bond with me only. They barely bond with each other, even with the co-leaders. They don't even want to chat when they don't see the chat going on. That's the problem. I'm lucky enough to have some friends in real life or virtually that are friendly with each other. That spices up the chat most of the time, but they can't be on the whole day.
I'm trying to make people try to start up the conversation, I'm thankful some try, but most won't even try. I also want them to be friendly with each other. Now I don't even see one of my co-leaders talking. This is getting really out of hand. A co-leader is not even talking, but he is a really good co-leader! Still doesn't chat though? This is just not good at all. I have no idea what to do. Sometimes I feel like giving up, but my other side of me is saying that my clan has a great future. I am still planning to lead the clan, hoping the future is bright. Now, since all just like to be friends with leader... What about me going to Forum Elite?...
I can't imagine what will happen if I go to Forum Elite, I feel like dropping out although it would be one heck of an event. I feel like my clan is limiting what I can do, and is making me worried. I even procrastinate sometimes just to try to get the chat moving. I feel like I have to drop out of Forum Elite, sadly. I feel like my clan is currently slowing down my base progress by a little bit. Don't ask me how, but it's happening. Probably donating, or something similar? I even try to get them to use an outside clan communication and all failed.
What should I do? :(
