I feel that there are some quick fixes ro be made:
Personal break reduced to 3 Hours
Gain a shield 50%+ in Champ
Creating a rule against the 'Chėating' ans then prosecute those who break it

Just some ideas....

Let's deal with imod first, cheap shield might not be the best technique and I understand why some people disagree with it.

The Cheap Shield practice is something that goes far beyond the confines of a single clan, often involving hundreds of players. Do you really think no one is asking himself why so many people are ready to lose hard earned trophies and waste hours of their time just to put a guy at the top of the leaderboard? Do you really think the community is so naive?

I don't have informations about this but you have to admit it is something people should think about.

I may be wrong but, it seems to me that the Pandora's box is just about to explode...

Prosecution?
No one cares that much.
A 3 hour personal break would be ludicrous, champ players would lose trophies like crazy.
I do like the 50%+ shiled though.
